Job Summary

Lead Adobe’s Americas immigration program within Total Rewards, serving as the subject-matter expert for U.S. immigration matters. Manage a team of specialists and external vendor partners, monitor regulatory changes, oversee PERM and audit compliance, and ensure timely, high-quality visa case processing across categories. Partner with Talent Acquisition, Legal, Compensation, and Finance to deliver an efficient employee experience, maintain accurate records, and prevent work authorization gaps.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and implement Adobe’s Americas immigration program aligned with Global Mobility strategy.
•Monitor and respond to regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and timely communication updates.
•Coordinate compliance matters including PERM and internal audits.
•Manage immigration vendor relationships, including SLA monitoring, performance management, collaborative protocols, and budgeting.
•Lead a team of specialists and manage a high-volume visa portfolio while maintaining accurate case records and expiration dates to prevent work authorization gaps.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 109,700 - 228,575 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in HR/HR Management, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
•10+ years of corporate immigration experience, including 3+ years managing an in-house program at a technology company with 5,000+ global employees.
•Deep subject-matter expertise in U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories (H-1B cap & cap-exempt, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM, EB-1/EB-2, AOS, EADs).
•Experience with Canadian work authorization processes (LMIA, CUSMA TN, Global Talent Stream, ICT) and familiarity with Latin American work permit processes (Mexico, Brazil, Columbia, Chile).
•Strong immigration compliance knowledge and proven experience managing outside counsel and large-volume visa case portfolios.
