Job Summary

Lead and oversee mission-critical, data center construction programs, setting governance, delivery environments, and management systems to achieve client, project, and business outcomes. Direct and integrate delivery leaders across technical, commercial, operational readiness, and stakeholder needs. Coach and develop program leadership teams, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement. Partner with executive and client teams to support proposal pursuits, revenue growth, client satisfaction, and safe, compliant execution, with travel as needed.

•Provide senior leadership and strategic direction across the mission critical program lifecycle, aligning project objectives, client needs, regulatory requirements, and organizational priorities.
•Establish and maintain program governance frameworks for effective decision-making, assurance, and executive oversight.
•Direct and integrate senior delivery leaders across technical, commercial, operational readiness, stakeholder, and systems delivery.
•Lead, coach, and develop program leadership and delivery teams, including capability development, succession planning, and knowledge transfer.
•Identify and analyze program problems or opportunities, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 114,000 - 208,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
•Experience with hyperscale mission critical/data center construction projects.
•PMP or similar program/project management certification (preferred) and professional program/project management certification or equivalent.
•OSHA 30 certification and experience creating and maintaining a strong quality and safety culture.
•Proven ability to lead complex program delivery, manage people, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and support business development/proposal pursuits.
