Job Summary

Coordinate day-to-day execution of brand and franchise priorities across Neurology and Hematology & Nephrology. Partner with Senior Product Managers and cross-functional teams (Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Market Access) to align stakeholders, track timelines and approvals, and support planning with market data and customer/field insights. Drive promotional and omnichannel activity follow-up, coordinate events, manage budgets and vendors, and maintain compliant documentation in Istanbul.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate day-to-day implementation of brand and franchise activities across Neurology and Hematology & Nephrology.
•Support franchise priority execution with Senior Product Managers, including follow-up on projects, timelines, approvals, and stakeholder alignment.
•Consolidate market data, customer feedback, field insights, and competitor information to inform business reviews and activity planning.
•Prepare and update tracking documents, brand performance presentations, meeting materials, and other commercial reports.
•Coordinate promotional and digital/omnichannel activities, including approval follow-up, agency deliverables, launch timelines, and event execution.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, product management support, commercial operations, or a related role.
•Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
•Experience coordinating and following up on projects, events, campaigns, or promotional materials.
•Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills with a detail-oriented execution mindset.
•Fluency in English (written and oral) and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
