Job Summary

Lead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of Workday Total Rewards solutions. Partner with Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, HR, and business leaders to deliver scalable programs while ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and an exceptional employee experience. Configure Workday Compensation/Benefits and related business processes, build reports and analytics for compensation planning and workforce costs, troubleshoot production issues, support releases, and help mentor junior consultants.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Compensation, Benefits, HR, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize total rewards programs.
•Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Compensation and Benefits solutions and related business processes.
•Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics for compensation planning, benefits administration, and workforce costs.
•Support global and regional total rewards initiatives, including planning cycles, merit increases, bonus planning, promotions, and benefits open enrollment.
•Lead or support testing (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing), troubleshoot production issues, and support ongoing system optimization.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday Compensation and/or Workday Benefits.
•Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end Workday implementations.
•Strong experience configuring and supporting Workday Compensation and Benefits.
•Workday Compensation, Workday Benefits, and Workday HCM certifications required.
•Experience supporting global or multi-country compensation and benefits programs.
