Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits (offboarding) across multiple international jurisdictions, prioritizing a superior offboarding experience for clients and employees.
  • •Provide guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfers, employment contracts, and redundancy processes to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
  • •Lead and facilitate sensitive meetings (e.g., workforce reduction consultations, administrative hearings, separation negotiations) and influence positive outcomes in complex terminations.
  • •Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (e.g., payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, trade unions) and draft and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
  • •Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS platform, respond to internal and external offboarding queries, support employee relations cases, and contribute to process improvements and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, research employment laws, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
  • •Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Business-level (advanced) proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
