Private Client Banker - Canandaigua

Serve as a trusted advisor for Key Private Client Program clients, building a plan-based, end-to-end relationship through financial wellness conversations. Assess client needs, gather and document data, and recommend investment and insurance solutions—meeting individual activity and sales/referral goals. Grow a referral pipeline using internal/external centers of influence, partner with branch and line-of-business teams, support branch teller operations as needed, and ensure compliance with risk and audit procedures.
