Job Summary

Build trusted client relationships as part of a private client program, delivering plan-based financial advice and referring investment and insurance solutions. Assess client financial needs, gather and document data, and create a referral pipeline through prospecting and centers of influence. Maintain strong product knowledge, support branch operations and teller-line transactions as needed, and ensure compliance with operational and risk procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide tailored financial wellness recommendations by assessing client needs and delivering/referring investment and insurance solutions.
•Build and document a client referral pipeline through prospecting, internal/external centers of influence, and outreach efforts.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services and competitive offerings to support meaningful client conversations.
•Open and manage personal and business accounts and help with related branch transactions on the teller line as needed.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
•Experience developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
•Foundational sales and service skills with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and influence business partners using centers of influence.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
