Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead consolidation of Actuals, Rolling Forecast, and Profit Plan results at HQ level.
  • •Provide actionable variance analysis on P&L and Balance Sheet vs. forecast, plan, and prior year.
  • •Support and coordinate annual Profit Plan and Strategic Plan processes to align regionally.
  • •Own preparation and sharing of monthly functional budgets, partnering with Mobility EMEA functional leaders.
  • •Contribute to month-end closing, forecasting, budgeting cycles, including cost improvement initiatives and CAPEX performance.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
  • •Minimum 2 years in Finance Controlling.
  • •Experience in large multi-national manufacturing organizations with complex matrix structures or structured consulting companies.
  • •Solid experience in operational finance with strong accounting knowledge.
  • •Proficient in English and Italian.
