Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate the asset sales process, including customer interface, document completion, and discrepancy resolution (including mortgage cases with builders/societies).
  • •Own asset product disbursal for the region.
  • •Facilitate business for new and existing cases with branch asset specialists.
  • •Provide back-end support to Branch RMs for login, approval, and disbursal of applications.
  • •Coordinate internal stakeholders for pre- and post-approval activities and engage with builders, brokers, and intermediaries to develop regional business.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate or post-graduate degree in any discipline with 4-7 years of relevant experience.
  • •Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
  • •Develop expert knowledge of the customer base, market trends, and competitor activities to guide strategic direction.
  • •Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., underwriting and Legal) for pre- and post-approval activities.
  • •Ensure discrepancy rates for pre- and post-approval applications are within acceptable benchmarks and prevent fraudulent applications.
