Operate and sanitize production equipment (blenders, cookers, fryers, mixers, and packing machines) in a food-safe environment. Disassemble equipment for cleaning and sanitizing, prepare machines for inspection and start-up, and ensure guards are correctly replaced. Inspect and monitor product, follow USDA and Quality Control procedures, coordinate with other departments to reduce non-running time, and perform Lock Out Tag Out responsibilities.
