Job Summary

Lead Quality Engineering initiatives that expand AI/GenAI-driven, in-built quality checks across the full SDLC. You’ll be hands-on product building—growing quality assets and services, enabling Shift-Left testing, and driving SDLC efficiency through quality metrics. Partner with a focused quality engineering team, mentor and train engineers on modern testing tools and methodologies, and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Quality Engineering efforts that expand and evolve quality engineering assets and services across the full SDLC.
•Drive Shift-Left Testing by ensuring early testing throughout the development lifecycle, supported by multiple automation frameworks.
•Build and improve AI/agentic AI-driven quality checks, including RAG systems and related agentic workflows.
•Mentor and train team members on the latest testing tools and methodologies, and build a collaborative environment.
•Define, track, and communicate quality metrics while improving SDLC efficiencies and advising stakeholders with clear technical communication.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience as a Senior QE SDET Engineer or Senior Developer, with hands-on product building across the full SDLC.
•Breadth across multiple tech stacks including JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C#, or Python.
•Experience building AI tools, agents, and agentic workflows (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI) and RAG systems (with fine-tuning as a nice-to-have).
•Strong test automation expertise across platforms and functional/non-functional testing, including building advanced automation frameworks from scratch.
•Experience with CI/CD and automation pipeline concepts, plus presentation skills for C-suite and stakeholder communication.
