Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Quality Engineering efforts that expand and evolve quality engineering assets and services across the full SDLC.
  • •Drive Shift-Left Testing by ensuring early testing throughout the development lifecycle, supported by multiple automation frameworks.
  • •Build and improve AI/agentic AI-driven quality checks, including RAG systems and related agentic workflows.
  • •Mentor and train team members on the latest testing tools and methodologies, and build a collaborative environment.
  • •Define, track, and communicate quality metrics while improving SDLC efficiencies and advising stakeholders with clear technical communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience as a Senior QE SDET Engineer or Senior Developer, with hands-on product building across the full SDLC.
  • •Breadth across multiple tech stacks including JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C#, or Python.
  • •Experience building AI tools, agents, and agentic workflows (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI) and RAG systems (with fine-tuning as a nice-to-have).
  • •Strong test automation expertise across platforms and functional/non-functional testing, including building advanced automation frameworks from scratch.
  • •Experience with CI/CD and automation pipeline concepts, plus presentation skills for C-suite and stakeholder communication.
