Job Summary

Oversee delivery of contracted program support services to client teams, leading delivery strategies across multiple solutions while ensuring quality, schedule, and financial objectives are met. Translate business plans into operational objectives, resolve risks and issues before they impact the client, and drive continuous improvement. Manage and mentor large teams and complex, high-stakes accounts, coordinating large third-party partner relationships and building strong executive stakeholder communications.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee a team delivering contracted program support services and lead delivery strategy development and implementation.
•Ensure quality, timing, and financial delivery objectives are met and drive resolution of issues to avoid client impact.
•Translate business plans into objectives and manage operations through subordinate managers and professional team members.
•Manage and mentor larger groups of team members and directly/indirectly lead a team of approximately 100 employees.
•Manage multiple programs and coordinate/lead large third-party partner relationships while identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 15 years of experience supporting Navy programs/business.
•Minimum 12 years of experience overseeing and managing large and complex accounts.

•Active Secret security clearance.
