Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with HR Business Partners to provide input into business goals and to execute local HR projects and to implement HR programs, as needed.
  • •Manage employee relations investigations, provide guidance (including coaching and counselling), and own case resolution for issues raised.
  • •Vendor management for employee services such as benefits, outplacement etc.
  • •Maintain accurate and confidential records of cases ensuring that all relevant documentation, correspondence, and outcomes are appropriately recorded.
  • •Collaborate with HRBP, Legal Counsel, and appropriate third parties to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
