Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day delivery of MEP and HVAC maintenance services across operational facilities and infrastructure.
  • •Ensure reliability and availability of critical systems such as power distribution, HVAC, and building infrastructure.
  • •Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs aligned with asset lifecycle strategies.
  • •Oversee MEP contractors and service providers, including SLA performance, safety requirements, and review of technical submissions.
  • •Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures, including support for testing and commissioning of MEP systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
  • •7–10 years of experience in MEP operations or facilities management.
  • •At least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • •Experience in large-scale, complex, operationally critical environments such as major infrastructure or high-footfall assets.
  • •Knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, facilities management, preventive/predictive maintenance, and quality/asset standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 55001).
