Job Summary

Manage the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and HVAC maintenance services across large-scale infrastructure and operational facilities. Ensure reliability, safety, and performance of critical building systems in a high-availability 24/7 environment. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate live-environment work to minimize disruption, manage MEP contractors and vendors, and support testing/commissioning while maintaining compliance with engineering and asset management standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day delivery of MEP and HVAC maintenance services across operational facilities and infrastructure.
•Ensure reliability and availability of critical systems such as power distribution, HVAC, and building infrastructure.
•Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs aligned with asset lifecycle strategies.
•Oversee MEP contractors and service providers, including SLA performance, safety requirements, and review of technical submissions.
•Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures, including support for testing and commissioning of MEP systems.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
•7–10 years of experience in MEP operations or facilities management.
•At least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
•Experience in large-scale, complex, operationally critical environments such as major infrastructure or high-footfall assets.
•Knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, facilities management, preventive/predictive maintenance, and quality/asset standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 55001).
