Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage group-wide FX risks and/or liquidity trades to ensure funding where needed.
  • •Lead day-to-day FX Trading hedging activities and strategies during the London timezone across spot, forwards, and NDFs.
  • •Partner with Treasury Data Analysts & Scientists to assess risk for market events, product launches, and trading strategies; support automation initiatives.
  • •Work with Treasury Liquidity Operations & Banking teams to optimize funding and reduce Treasury costs (TCA) globally.
  • •Lead relationships with international banks and counterparties across EMEA, provide dealing insights to Market Risk Committees, and coach a small London-based team.

Salary: GBP 132,000 - 162,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6-8+ years FX trading experience across a variety of markets, with a focus on Emerging Market or APAC currencies.
  • •Additional broader Treasury experience is valued.
  • •Use risk management and execution expertise to manage group-wide FX risks and/or liquidity trades.
  • •Manage day-to-day FX trading hedging activities and strategies during the London timezone.
  • •Provide managerial responsibilities, leading and developing a growing global risk management team.
