Night Club Manager

Oversee daily food and beverage operations for a nightclub, including bar service, kitchen coordination, and inventory management. Create F&B strategies that match the club’s brand and improve guest satisfaction. Lead recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance of F&B staff while controlling labor and food/beverage costs to protect profitability. Ensure health, safety, and licensing compliance, run promotions with marketing/events, manage suppliers, handle guest issues, and report sales and performance to senior management.
