Mortgage Area Sales Manager I

Lead residential mortgage origination for Financial Center offices and outside referrals, managing the end-to-end mortgage loan process from application to closing. Set and achieve sales and cross-selling objectives while building referral relationships and a sales-focused environment within the team. You’ll manage and coach a group of Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs), monitor KPIs, ensure compliance with state and federal lending regulations, and partner with fulfillment operations to drive closed volume.
