Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in indirect or operations procurement with genuine category depth
  • •Experience with multi-category indirect procurement in operations/manufacturing environments (FM, MRO, Utilities)
  • •Proven strategic sourcing skills including RFx design, complex negotiation, and contract structuring
  • •Track record influencing and building trust with senior cross-functional stakeholders across European markets
  • •Fluent English; German and/or French are a plus
