Job Summary

Launch your enterprise software career in a 12-month Orbit Program as a Value Engineer who partners with sales and customers to build Celonis-powered AI prototypes. •Consult with customers to identify core business challenges and determine how Celonis can drive solutions.
•Present the Celonis AI value proposition and vision, align solutions with customer AI strategy, and deliver demos to senior executives.
•Prototype and develop AI solutions (including machine learning and LLM-based approaches) tailored to customer needs.
•Develop and modify Celonis data models using SQL and analyses using PQL to create prototypes addressing customer pain points.
•Lead proof-of-concept projects and collaborate with customers and partners to design solutions that support value realization and ROI.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 95,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
•Extensive internship experience or 1–3 years of full-time work experience.
•Hands-on experience with at least one of: SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or another data analytics solution.
•Strong passion for technology and big data, with analytical and creative problem-solving skills that apply technology to business challenges.
•Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; customer-centric mindset with the ability to build relationships with senior management.
