Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead IAM-focused analytics and data science initiatives across access governance, entitlement management, privileged access, access certifications, and policy adherence.
  • •Analyze large identity/access/control datasets to find trends, anomalies, control gaps, and risk concentrations, and identify opportunities for automation.
  • •Design, build, validate, and tune AI/ML models for IAM use cases including access anomaly detection, entitlement/role mining, toxic access identification, certification prioritization, and control effectiveness measurement.
  • •Develop scalable data pipelines, reusable datasets, and analytics frameworks, and create executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reporting solutions.
  • •Embed model governance and AI risk controls into the analytics lifecycle (documentation, validation evidence, explainability, monitoring/drift detection, data lineage, reproducibility, and audit traceability) and partner with IAM/GIS/cyber risk/audit/compliance teams to implement governance outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in advanced data analytics and statistical modeling.
  • •Expertise in Python, R, and SQL for analytics and model development.
  • •Proficiency with data visualization and graph analytics (e.g., Neo4j, Tableau).
  • •Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management architecture, technology, and standards.
  • •Experience delivering end-to-end model lifecycle and model governance (documentation, inventory, validation evidence, drift/performance monitoring, audit traceability) with AI/ML risk mitigation (bias, privacy, explainability, overfitting).
