Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary logistics operational lead for Americas retail channels, optimizing existing accounts and onboarding new retailers in the pipeline.
  • •Evaluate routing guides and technical requirements, ensuring 3PL partners can execute error-free launches and enforce packaging/labeling and EDI compliance.
  • •Run cost analyses using Prepaid and Collect freight models, own end-to-end chargeback deduction and dispute processes, and defend margins against retail penalties.
  • •Own retail KPI reporting and performance analysis, translating operational data into actionable supply chain improvements and cost-down initiatives.
  • •Directly manage, train, and mentor a team of two logistics reports and define the long-term operational blueprint for Americas retail logistics.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in retail logistics, B2B wholesale distribution, or supply chain operations, including 2+ years of direct people management in a product-shipping industry.
  • •Deep technical expertise in retail compliance and chargeback management, including analyzing routing guides and managing EDI setups.
  • •Strong financial and operational analytical skills, including freight cost-to-serve modeling and optimizing PO-to-delivery cycle times.
  • •Experience collaborating with Trade Compliance and Global Logistics teams to support retail fulfillment nodes (Canada/LATAM exposure a plus).
