Act as the cross-functional logistics bridge across retail operations, Trade Compliance, Global Logistics, Sales, and IT.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as primary logistics operational lead for Americas retail channels, optimizing existing accounts and onboarding new retailers in the pipeline.
•Evaluate routing guides and technical requirements, ensuring 3PL partners can execute error-free launches and enforce packaging/labeling and EDI compliance.
•Run cost analyses using Prepaid and Collect freight models, own end-to-end chargeback deduction and dispute processes, and defend margins against retail penalties.
•Own retail KPI reporting and performance analysis, translating operational data into actionable supply chain improvements and cost-down initiatives.
•Directly manage, train, and mentor a team of two logistics reports and define the long-term operational blueprint for Americas retail logistics.

Salary: USD 143,650 - 169,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years in retail logistics, B2B wholesale distribution, or supply chain operations, including 2+ years of direct people management in a product-shipping industry.
•Deep technical expertise in retail compliance and chargeback management, including analyzing routing guides and managing EDI setups.
•Strong financial and operational analytical skills, including freight cost-to-serve modeling and optimizing PO-to-delivery cycle times.
•Experience collaborating with Trade Compliance and Global Logistics teams to support retail fulfillment nodes (Canada/LATAM exposure a plus).
•Exceptional cross-functional communication and influence, able to act as the “voice of logistics” to sales, leadership, and external 3PL partners.
