Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the definition of business service model scope and governance processes, including SLAs, OKRs, KPIs, and reporting.
  • •Participate in designing the EMEA target state business architecture (capability map, operating model, value streams, business services model).
  • •Maintain current state business architecture at a level of detail sufficient to inform target state design and the roadmap.
  • •Collaborate with Technology, Data, Compliance, and Risk to develop a holistic target state design spanning business, technical, and data architecture.
  • •Assist with business analysis activities to gather requirements and support business process design for delivery.
