Key Responsibilities

  • •Review executed order forms and contracts to validate pricing, terms, billing schedules, and product configurations before booking in NetSuite.
  • •Own accurate setup and maintenance of sales orders, customers, and billing schedules in NetSuite throughout the order-to-cash process.
  • •Troubleshoot contract and billing issues, manage escalations, and ensure non-standard terms are identified for Revenue Accounting review.
  • •Maintain data integrity and serve as an accounting checkpoint to ensure clean handoffs into billing and revenue recognition.
  • •Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and greater efficiency across order-to-cash workflows; support ad-hoc projects as needed.
