Controls Technician Apprentice

Assist seasoned Service Technicians in installing and repairing environmental control systems as part of Trane’s four-year, nationally registered HVAC Technician Apprenticeship Program. You’ll learn refrigeration theory, control systems, pipe fitting, and structural layouts while ensuring customer satisfaction at onsite locations. The role includes hands-on training, mentor support, safety-focused work, and use of software/technology, hand tools, and blueprints to diagnose and repair equipment.
