Job Summary

Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for onboarding and periodic reviews, using a risk-based approach to assess customer identity, beneficial ownership, source of wealth, and adverse media. Monitor transactions for behavioral risks, maintain accurate KYC records in line with data privacy requirements, and document and escalate risk findings. File Suspicious Activity Reports as needed and support process improvements through policy updates and training.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct initial and ongoing CDD and EDD reviews using a risk-based approach to ensure risk mitigation standards.
•Collect, analyze, and verify customer information under KYC/AML guidelines, including identity documents, registries, beneficial ownership, source of wealth, and adverse media.
•Review customer transaction histories and conduct periodic reviews to identify risk signals and changes in account usage.
•Maintain accurate, detailed KYC records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal data security protocols.
•Perform documented customer risk assessments, escalate when exceeding internal risk tolerance, and file Suspicious Activity Reports as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: BRL 7,550 - 8,700 monthly

Key Requirements

•2-3 years of operations experience, preferably in CDD/EDD/AML or compliance roles.
•Working knowledge of global KYC/AML compliance regulations and standards.
•Ability to apply a risk-based approach and make decisions based on customer information.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
•Flexible to work shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
