Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive customer orders via phone, fax, or mail, record them with reference numbers, and enter order details in the system for scheduling.
  • •Analyze trips and advise the scheduler on postponing or dumping products to optimize truck and driver resource utilization.
  • •Prepare loading instructions and delivery advises, assign loading to drivers, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • •Update customer accounts in the system after deliveries return using delivery documents, and process returns of goods when products are returned.
  • •Monitor driver punctuality, retail site tank stock, trucks via GPS for order status and violations, and coordinate maintenance and emergency response actions.

Key Requirements

  • •1–3 years of CERT or Diploma plus 3–6 years of experience.
  • •Competent in MS Office.
  • •Fluent in English writing and speaking; Arabic preferred.
  • •Strong communication, teamwork, anger management, and positive mental attitude.
  • •Experience with petroleum truck loading and petroleum products.
