Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, develop, or mentor compliance testers or lead complex cross-functional compliance testing initiatives, including staffing and assignments.
  • •Guide development of test plans, identify high-risk areas, and evaluate test accuracy and adherence to processes.
  • •Ensure testing results are executed timely, technically accurate, and reasonable; analyze and document outcomes and amend the testing calendar as needed.
  • •Identify opportunities to improve testing using approved AI/ML tools and manage data sourcing per documented test plans and protocols.
  • •Support Independent Compliance Transaction Testing (ICTT) and compliance audits/exams and review team work with strong written/verbal communication.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 138,100 - 157,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree
  • •At least 5 years of compliance testing, legal, audit, risk management, or fraud investigation experience
  • •At least 2 years of experience interacting with senior management or business partners
  • •People management or leading complex testing programs (preferred: 2+ years)
  • •Strong working knowledge of consumer privacy laws and ability to prioritize conflicting needs (preferred)
