Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects, including planning through closeout.
  • •Interface directly with clients to develop scope, delivery resources, cost estimates and budget, work plan schedules, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Conduct project delivery resourcing from pre-qualified lists or qualification, run RFPs, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources.
  • •Implement and maintain project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements, ensuring data integrity and accurate, timely coordination.
  • •Track progress and variances, build action plans to meet objectives/budget/schedule, and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans to reduce project risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience (or an equivalent combination of experience and education).
  • •Retail commercial real estate construction project management experience.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Smartsheet experience is beneficial.
  • •General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices, with the ability to read architectural drawings.
