Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement the HSE Company policy and conduct safety induction programs for new joiners.
  • •Conduct regular HSE meetings, inspections, and safety meetings onboard as per Company MSMS.
  • •Review the Marine Safety Management System (MSMS) and report any deficiencies.
  • •Implement ISPS onboard the ship as per the Company Ship Security Plan and ensure ISM & ISPS compliance.
  • •Oversee vessel class and statutory certification, and ensure safe voyage planning and navigation.

Key Requirements

  • •Class 1 master FG COC II/2 with no limitations.
  • •3-4 years experience as master on offshore vessels.
  • •Good English communication skills.
  • •Experience in towing and anchor handling for pipe laying operations.
  • •Experience in the Arabian Gulf offshore oilfield and safe practices for anchor handling/towing operations.
