Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage your own portfolio of major and complex claims and contribute to timely resolution.
  • •Support more senior adjusters in managing and closing ongoing claims while building technical expertise.
  • •Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • •Demonstrate strategic and solutions-focused approach to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
  • •Develop growth opportunities through professional studies and engagement with senior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years of major and complex loss adjusting experience.
  • •ANZIIF or AICLA General Insurance qualifications or equivalent overseas.
  • •Proven ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate effectively and work through conflict constructively.
  • •Strong communicator with the ability to drive a culture of collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Driver's Licence.
