Key Responsibilities

•Manage your own portfolio of major and complex claims and contribute to timely resolution.
•Support more senior adjusters in managing and closing ongoing claims while building technical expertise.
•Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote knowledge sharing and skill development.
•Demonstrate strategic and solutions-focused approach to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
•Develop growth opportunities through professional studies and engagement with senior team members.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years of major and complex loss adjusting experience.
•ANZIIF or AICLA General Insurance qualifications or equivalent overseas.
•Proven ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate effectively and work through conflict constructively.
•Strong communicator with the ability to drive a culture of collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
•Driver's Licence.
