•Lead risk partnership with the safety team to understand operational risks and develop concrete action plans.
•Cultivate a strong HSE culture through training, communications, and active involvement in all HSE programs.

•Develop and implement HSE processes, procedures, work instructions, and checklists for safe operations.
•Monitor compliance with regulations and internal policies, and report on HSE objectives and metrics.
