Serve as a hands-on expert on the Motive Hardware and Software suite, providing onsite presence to install, troubleshoot, QA, and support field implementations. Own deployment subject-matter expertise, build and deliver installation training and certification programs, and help maintain an online installation help center. Build and maintain a hardware lab, participate in alpha/beta installation testing for new products, and feed technical insights back to product teams.
