Key Responsibilities

  • •Support buy-side and sell-side commercial due diligence for private equity and infrastructure fund clients, including market sizing, competitive analysis, ESG/sustainability topics, and expert interviews.
  • •Build financial models and data-driven analyses to assess growth potential, market position, and risk for target companies.
  • •Create client-ready deliverables—presentations, reports, and data visualizations—for deal teams and investment committees.
  • •Partner with technical subject-matter experts to bring a financial and commercial lens to technical due diligence and asset management projects.
  • •Lead engagements end-to-end (scoping, staffing, workplan management, quality/timeliness) and own senior client relationships; support post-acquisition value creation and 100-day planning while managing Analysts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of management consulting or related experience (e.g., technical consulting, analyst roles in business/public policy/economics research/private equity/investment banking/corporate strategy).
  • •Demonstrated numerical reasoning and quantitative skills.
  • •Logical reasoning and structured problem-solving skills using abstraction to resolve ambiguous client problems with large volumes of information.
  • •Working proficiency in financial modeling and quantitative analysis in Excel.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to synthesize complex information into clear, client-ready deliverables.
