Lead business workshops and partner with clients and internal Go-to-Market teams to identify improvement opportunities and shape transformation initiatives. Analyze current-state processes, uncover gaps, and define future-state solutions while managing business requirements. Create business cases, process maps, user stories, and delivery roadmaps that support implementation, and present findings and solution options confidently to stakeholders and project teams.
