  • •Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in consulting or large-scale transformation programmes.
  • •Strong business process analysis, process mapping, and requirements elicitation skills.
  • •Excellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills across organizational levels.
  • •Experience translating business needs into clear functional requirements and supporting delivery teams through implementation.
  • •Bonus: Experience with Financial Services or other regulated industries and knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and business analysis frameworks.
