Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide estimate and cost planning, including producing and presenting the final cost plan.
  • •Prepare construction cost estimate reports at all stages of design for commercial, institutional, and residential projects in Canada.
  • •Manage estimating and cost planning activities, including ownership of and presentation of the final cost plan.
  • •Ensure cost analysis, cost checking, and valuation work is managed effectively.
  • •Participate in value engineering, LEED analysis, and life-cycle costing, and provide input into value engineering including negotiating and approving final accounts.
