Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform manual machine setups by positioning and aligning tooling per set-up instructions using CNC programming (G codes).
  • •Maintain tolerances by observing operations and making offset adjustments, cutter changes, and operator self-verification.
  • •Document quality actions in support of quality logs, communicate machining discrepancies, and create Product Defect Sheets (PDS) as required.
  • •Perform work from set-up sheets, manufacturing sheets, and drawings.
  • •Support continuous improvement efforts, including 5S activities and Standard Work development in the cell.

Key Requirements

  • •Eligibility to work in Canada and must meet all requirements under ITAR and CCGP.
