Key Responsibilities

  • •Select, design, and integrate industrial robot and cobot applications for manufacturing automation from concept to production deployment.
  • •Develop, optimize, and debug robot programs including motion planning, safety configurations, and vision-based guidance.
  • •Specify, select, and integrate EOAT (grippers, sensors, and custom tooling).
  • •Design and manage robot cell layouts (safety enclosures, work envelopes, and required infrastructure) and implement/verify safety functions (STO, SLS, etc.).
  • •Develop and execute simulation models to validate robot reach, cycle time, and collision risk prior to physical deployment; collaborate cross-functionally and mentor the robotics team.

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
  • •12+ years of hands-on experience in robotics and automation in a manufacturing production environment.
  • •Expert in programming and commissioning robots/cobots from FANUC and UR.
  • •Proficiency using robot simulation software (e.g., FANUC ROBOGUIDE, UR Virtual Controller, Visual Components).
  • •In-depth knowledge of industrial safety standards (e.g., ISO 10218, RIA R15.06) and implementing safety functions like STO, SLS, SS1.
  • •In-depth knowledge of EOAT selection, design, integration, and troubleshooting, including grippers (pneumatic, electric, vacuum).
