Serve as the primary daily contact between commercial banking clients and the bank, supporting Commercial Relationship Managers for large and complex loan portfolios. Manage day-to-day client calls and transactions, resolve account inquiries and issues, and handle delegated loan/account operations. Assist with gathering information for loan applications, run and review recurring reports for accuracy and compliance, and help maintain procedures and training materials while supporting portfolio management.

•Handle day-to-day client calls, transactions, account inquiries, and client problem resolution, including account maintenance and research.
•Execute client transactions within delegated authority or department guidelines, escalating items requiring Relationship Manager approval.
•Assist with obtaining information needed for loan applications (e.g., financial statements, tax returns, business documentation) and coordinate with outside vendors when needed.
•Run and review daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for accuracy and compliance; update systems and correct issues.
•Support Commercial Relationship Managers with complex client relationship reviews and portfolio management, including reconciling accounts and entering client financial data.

•High school diploma or equivalent plus 3+ years of banking experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
•Advanced understanding of credit products, bank systems, and commercial lending.
•Sophisticated understanding of applicable federal regulations, credit policy, and bank policies and procedures.
•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment with strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
•Strong interpersonal skills with oral and written communication and problem solving; proficiency with personal computers and related software.
