We are seeking dynamic Geotechnical Engineers/Geologists to join AECOM’s Ground Engineering practice in the UK. You’ll contribute to projects across energy, rail, highways, water, development, defence, nuclear, and ports, lead teams where appropriate, and work on projects from concept through operation. Key Responsibilities

•Deliver geotechnical ground engineering projects across the UK, contributing analytical and strategic expertise at all project stages.
•Lead and mentor teams in geotechnical design and implementation, where appropriate.
•Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative, sustainable solutions.
•Contribute to projects from concept through to operation, including construction and commissioning phases.
•Travel across the UK to support project delivery and client engagements.

Key Requirements

•Degree (BSc or MSc) in Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, Engineering Geology, or a related field.
•Progress towards Chartered status would be advantageous but is not a pre-requisite.
•Demonstrable understanding of current design codes, standards, and best practices in geotechnical design.
•Proven leadership experience in similar roles, appropriate to your level, with an ability to inspire and lead teams.
•Willingness to travel throughout the UK. Cleaning driving licence
