Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and scale a global Professional Services organization aligned with expansion targets, collaborating across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • •Drive high-quality, on-time, on-budget project delivery and act as executive escalation for strategic accounts in partnership with Sales and Customer Success.
  • •Establish scalable delivery frameworks and operational KPIs (TTV, CSAT, utilization, profitability) to simplify complex Zero Trust deployments and improve adoption.
  • •Manage the Global Delivery Center P&L using capacity forecasting, resource utilization, and expansion into new service offerings, geographies, and verticals.
  • •Foster continuous improvement by optimizing processes, tools, and automation to launch advanced service tiers and streamline client onboarding.
