Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the go-to lawyer for VAS, Products, Marketing, CMS, and Sourcing matters in CEMEA.
  • •Provide strategic legal advice on assessment and structuring of solutions, legislative requirements, and contracting approaches.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and develop or adapt regional templates/standard documents to CEMEA requirements.
  • •Support business teams with regulatory assessments, marketing activities, and new product/service offerings, including structuring and contracting.
  • •Leverage AI tools, streamline and automate legal routines, monitor regulatory developments, and review publicly facing materials; coordinate outside counsel when needed.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Law degree and qualification allowing in-house practice in the applicable jurisdiction.
  • •Minimum 5 years PQE with an international law firm or multinational organization.
  • •Solid contract review/drafting skills and ability to perform legal assessments and risk-benefit judgment.
  • •Skilled user of AI tools (including legal) and ability to apply them to daily work.
  • •Excellent written and verbal English, with strong communication and organizational skills.
