Commercial Collections Specialist

Engage commercial clients primarily by phone to resolve account delinquencies and provide professional, solutions-oriented guidance. Deliver courteous service, handle high transaction volumes accurately, and meet production goals and deadlines. Independently manage and de-escalate challenging client situations, collaborate with the team, and support training new staff as needed. On-site training is 100% for the first 3 weeks, followed by a hybrid schedule in Amherst, NY.
