Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to brand style and service standards.
  • •Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
  • •Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and store KPIs.
  • •Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and support repeat purchases.
  • •Support daily store operations, including cash wrap, inventory processing/replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean, stocked sales floor and stockroom.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.

  • •Social media savvy with clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred: live-stream shopping or video demos).
  • •Ability to work a flexible retail schedule (nights, weekends, peak days, including public holidays) and lift at least 25 lbs regularly.
