Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone interactions, and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts, including consumer checking, small business, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to attract new clients and deepen relationships with existing clients.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and support branch operations, including assisting with client transactions on the Teller line as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience is more important than financial services experience.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfort interacting with small business clients, overcoming objection, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office Products including Word and Excel), plus digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
