Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver installation and inspection volume and performance against safety, customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and cycle-time metrics.
  • •Ensure proper safety training, equipment, and consistent application of best practices across branch teams.
  • •Manage and train field staff; review crew KPIs and provide feedback and performance management.
  • •Maintain electrical and construction code knowledge and act as the branch subject matter expert.
  • •Coordinate construction execution by partnering with Electrification Operations and Customer Success; conduct pre-construction reviews and handle required administrative documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 108,621.45 - 144,828.6 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • •5+ years of construction experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role (renewables a plus).
  • •Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record; must be 21 years of age and pass a driving background check.
  • •Valid state or local Electrical Journeyman and/or General Construction certification or license preferred (may be required depending on state).
  • •CPR and First Aid certifications up to date and maintained for employment.
