Job Summary

Own end-to-end integration and commissioning of humanoid robot subsystems, from Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) through on-site deployment and field reliability. You’ll troubleshoot bring-up and emergent service issues, lead root-cause analysis with development teams, and harden provisioning and configuration management for fleet parity. Build networking/streaming capabilities for teleoperation, plus field tooling and observability, while collaborating on scalable, serviceable system designs.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end integration of humanoid subsystems into field-ready systems, including on-site commissioning and FAT acceptance.
•Propose, lead, and drive development and integration of new software and hardware capabilities to improve field readiness and reliability.
•Provide software support for bring-up, troubleshooting, emergent service, and preventative maintenance to sustain high uptime.
•Lead root-cause analysis with development engineers and the field team to implement permanent corrective actions.
•Harden and automate robot provisioning/configuration management (e.g., Ansible playbooks) and build field tooling, telemetry, and observability for fleet reliability.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Proficiency in C++ and Python for robotics software, tooling, and debugging (e.g., memory leaks, concurrency bugs).
•Proficiency in Ansible, Bash, and Linux to automate robot provisioning and configuration management.
•Strong robotics networking and streaming knowledge, including DDS, UDP, TCP/IP, and low-latency pipelines (e.g., GStreamer, WebRTC).
•Hands-on experience deploying and commissioning robots on site, including network bring-up and live field debugging.
•8+ years of software/robotics engineering experience (or 4+ years in humanoid/manipulation/teleoperation domains), with demonstrated customer-facing field deployment ownership.
