Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide HR administrative support aligned with the functional HR strategy and central HR processes.
  • •Act as the first point of contact for people managers, advising on HR policy and process and answering general HR queries.
  • •Support implementation of the global HR strategy and change management projects, including employee experience programs.
  • •Provide input on employee relations, employment law and trade union relations, and support complex change projects.
  • •Collect training needs, review employee engagement survey data, run engagement initiatives, and prepare people data and reports; support recruitment administration and ensure data integrity.

Key Requirements

  • •Successful experience in a similar HR business partner role.
  • •Strong problem-solving abilities with a can-do attitude.
  • •Fluency in English.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills, with strict confidentiality and discretion.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and experience with SAP/SuccessFactors is a plus.
