Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end electrical integration across spacecraft and propulsion/cryogenic systems, ground-support equipment, and test infrastructure.
  • •Define and verify electrical interfaces: channel assignments, pin mappings, network architecture, power budgets, documentation, and electrical requirements for spacecraft hardware.
  • •Own electrical harnessing from system architecture through schematic development, routing, formboard creation, manufacturing, inspection, installation, and acceptance testing.
  • •Develop and execute avionics integration/verification campaigns, including test plans/procedures, automated scripts and data-review tooling, and troubleshooting during manufacturing and test.
  • •Support manufacturing/supplier development and build standards/tools/labs/processes so integration becomes repeatable production; mentor and communicate status and risks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical, aerospace, computer, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •3+ years of experience with avionics, electrical systems, vehicle integration, harnessing, instrumentation, or complex electromechanical systems.
  • •Experience designing, building, integrating, or testing electrical harnesses and avionics hardware.
  • •Experience reading and creating electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, pinout documentation, and interface-control documents.
  • •Working knowledge of power distribution, grounding/shielding, signal integrity, and electromagnetic compatibility, including electrical troubleshooting with lab instruments.
