Support DoD Emergency Management service delivery for mass warning notification and related systems across 100+ installations. Perform incident management aligned to SLA metrics and KPIs, troubleshoot reported issues, and document and coordinate resolutions. Maintain sustainment of EM hardware/software systems, administer the ticket management tool, and communicate with emergency responders and internal teams. May train end-users on self-service resolution steps and provide ongoing recommendations for process improvement.

•Support sustainment of DoD Emergency Management systems (Mass Warning Notification, E-911, Common Operating Picture, Giant Voice, Audio Visual Notification) including operations and maintenance.
•Provide incident management services aligned to SLA metrics and KPIs.
•Document, coordinate, and troubleshoot technical incidents reported by emergency responders; handle issues such as response time, access problems, and security incidents.
•Maintain access control by resynchronizing/reinitializing tokens and smart cards and resolving EM system access issues.
•Administer and maintain the ticket management tool, analyze service-level performance, and recommend process improvements.
