Team Lead, Sales Part Time (Jackson Township, NJ, US, 08527)

Lead day-to-day sales and customer experience in a Crocs retail store by using the C.H.A.R.M service model and driving consumer engagement. You’ll champion a positive team culture, support multiple store departments (including POS operations, merchandising, and visual presentation), and work with Store Management to achieve personal and team sales goals. As a key holder, you’ll handle opening/closing, cash handling, recovery standards, and asset protection routines.
